SCOUT FORMERLY AXL ADOPTED MAY 2021

Four months have flown by since we brought our puppy Scout home. We have had the pleasure of watching him grow and experience the world for the first time. He no longer barks at garbage cans and he promises he won’t poop in puppy class anymore. He loves going camping and hanging out at all of Mom and Dad’s favorite outdoor patios (most likely because he gets a bully stick each time we go). Scout has been the most perfect addition to our family and we cannot imagine our lives without him.

 

Before we found Scout we had been searching for a new family member for quite some time. Unfortunately, we did not have the best experiences with other rescues. We knew things were different when we went for our meet-and-greet to see a very cute puppy named Axl (now Scout). Everyone we met was knowledgeable, passionate, and caring about each dog that was available for adoption. It was clear that they wanted to make sure each pup was placed in their perfect forever home. We are so grateful that Safe Haven connected us with our little guy, Scout – we cannot recommend them enough!
