BAILEY FORMERLY PETEY ADOPTED  JULY 2021

It’s been almost 4 months since I adopted  sweet Bailey - he’s only 2 but has lived a full life,  filled with abuse , & atrocities that no animal or human  should  ever have to endure. Bailey lost a leg & has a bullet lodged in another , &  despite all that he embraces life  to the fullest . 

Dogs, for a reason that can only be described as divine, have the ability to forgive, let go of the past, and live each day joyously. 

 

Saved by The Safe Haven Rescue and then nurtured back to health by his foster mom  was his first step towards recovery. Now he is forever home with me . I could not have wished for a sweeter, kinder soul - I think Bailey saved me - he fills my days with Laugher , doggy kisses  & a whole  lot of funny antics - he’s’ loved by everyone he meets - he’s living his best life & I have the privilege  of being a part of it.  There are so many dogs like Bailey  just waiting  to be adopted &  bless a deserving  companion with unconditional love.  Adopt don’t shop !
